■ When the sludge inflow increases:
- Rotate to the left to raise the adjustment pipe, causing the water level to rise.
- As the water level rises, the amount of water flowing over the weir increases, leading to a higher sludge inflow.
■ When the sludge inflow decreases:
- Rotate to the right to lower the adjustment pipe, causing the water level to drop.
- As the water level decreases, the amount of water flowing over the weir decreases, leading to a lower sludge inflow.
■ Sludge Inflow Standard (Weir Scale)
The scale on the water surface provides a rough indication of the current sludge flow rate.
The weir scale can be used as a reference standard for measurement.
